Their is little information available about the psychic realm and not many people openly talk about it. This certainly stimulates everyone’s curiousity. Many even refer to clairvoyance as the sixth sense, because a person with this psychic ability seems to have an extra sense on top of the five human senses. There are also some who call this psychic ability as the “third eye”; a figurative illustration to the literal ability to see what is unseen. There are two types of clairvoyance: the voluntary and the involuntary. By the name it self, the first type of clairvoyance is done at will. Psychic are able to see the things that they want to see when they want to. This type of clairvoyance is really helpful and would be less stressful compared to the latter type mainly because you have the control of it.

The latter, by the name, suggest that a person does not have a control over it. It does not go at will or whenever a psychic would desire. It just occurs spontaneously and for that, it becomes a little stressful for the person who will receive the sight. This type of clairvoyance only occurs with extremely important matters. Understanding these two types of clairvoyance is really helpful especially if you are noticing in yourself (or a friend perhaps) that this psychic ability are manifesting in you.

The clairvoyant psychic ability works in mysterious ways, and like any psychic gift, it cannot be deciphered by the bounds of logic and science. But then, just for the sake of conversation, how does clairvoyance really happen?

Clairvoyance works through forces which cannot be measured by any barometers or devices. These forces are often called energy. The person capable of receiving or controlling this psychic ability will conjure the energy around it, center it to himself and “read” from it or see what he desire to see. History of Tarot Cards

Where and when Tarot started is a mystery. The earliest proof of Tarot cards being used is from the fifteenth century as a popular card game. Some of the beautiful Tarot decks created then are still around. In the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries the cards were discovered and used by a number of scholars of the occult who realised that the cards were much more powerful than just a card game. The cards have since then been created or changed by connections to the Kabbalah, Egyptian mysteries, Hermetic philosophy and secret societies such as the Order of the Golden Dawn into what it is today.

For example, many people find the Renaissance Tarot particularly good at questions of passion, mastery, and reason.
