If you’re having problems in your life, and feel the need of advice from a psychic, it’s important that you know what to expect when you consult such a person.
The most important thing is to not have unrealistic expectations. Can a psychic tell you what numbers are going to be picked in the next lottery drawing? Probably not! There are too many other psychic auras swirling around such a drawing, as everyone with money on it is expending psychic energy trying to ensure that their numbers are drawn.
So, that kind of expectation is unrwealistic. Indeed, many people have unrealistic notions of what real psychics can do for you, and so before you find a psychic, you really should educate yourself about the entire phenomena.
To that end, check out a few books on the subject. Here’s a list of some of them:
1. Psychic Warrior: The True Story of America’s Foremost Psychic Spy and the Cover-Up of the CIA’s Top-Secret Stargate Program, by David Morehouse
2. Tour of duty: The diaries of psychic Bill Ward, an authorized biography by Gayle Pasternak
3. A Psychic in the Heartland: The Extraordinary Experiences of a Small-Town Doctor by Bettilu Stein Faulkner
4. Gift of the White Light: The Strange and Wonderful Story of Annette Martin, Psychic by James N. Frey So, once you’ve familiarized yourself with how a psychic works, then its time to visit a psychic. Many people like to visit a psychic face-to-face, to see her (or him) in action. When no psychic is available to you near where you live, the gap is filled by psychics online, whether on the internet or on the telephone.
Whichever psychic you choose – make sure you can afford the readings! With a face-to-face meeting or with an internet psychic, typically the charges are spelled out in advance annd there are no nasty surprises. With a telephone psychic…the skies the limits, as to what they’ll charge, so that’s generally a bad idea.
Ask honest, straightforward and specific questions, and expect the same kinds of answers in return. Some psychics will say that you can not expect 100% accuracy in a reading – I dispute that. After all…why not? For myself, if a psychic answers even one out of four questions incorrectly…how can you trust what they say in the future? Without 100% accuracy, a psychic is useless.

Interest in the arts of astrology and psychic readings has been a growing trend and many people consider getting a reading done, but they don’t know where to start, what type to get or where to find a trustworthy person that will give them a genuine reading.
